Your data,
on any screen.
Dash puts your health numbers on a web page built to be looked at, not scrolled. Open it on a spare monitor, a tablet, an old phone, or the Kindle in your drawer.
What it is
Connect WHOOP or Oura once. Dash keeps your latest numbers and renders them on a page you can leave open anywhere. Pick the metrics you care about, get a private link, open that link on whatever screen you want.
Glanceable
Big type, high contrast, no charts to interpret. You read it from across the room in under a second.
Any browser
The display page works with JavaScript switched off. That is what lets it run on hardware everything else gave up on.
Two sources, kept apart
WHOOP Recovery and Oura Readiness both show up, each labelled with where it came from. Dash never blends them into an invented score.
The Kindle trick
An old Kindle makes a genuinely good health display. E-ink is readable in daylight, the battery lasts weeks, and it is already sitting in a drawer. How to set one up, and what it can and cannot do.
Dash is in early access. WHOOP and Oura both cap new integrations at 10 connected members until they approve the app for production. Both approvals are pending, so access is limited for now. How Dash handles your data.
